Overpriced, machines broken, and dirty. I have a chelsea address but I hate coming to chelsea laundry. I rather spend my money and time at the grass lake laundry mat.

Go anywhere but here. Half the machines are out of order. We had 2/5 loads say they were unbalanced and they came out soaking wet and still dirty. Grossly overpriced for the quality of the facility. If you have another option choose that.
New owner! Now nothing works? Dryers don't heat up machines have been broken for months alot of people come and they all complain!
Large machines appear to be functioning, then once I loaded it up AND put my $$ in, the screen went BLANK!! Of course the machine did not return my quarters.
