My wife and I searched high and low to find a replacement range as ours died one week before Christmas. Andrea and the Heydlauff’s spent over an hour with us trying to pick out exactly what we were looking for. They were able to get our new range ordered, delivered and installed so we could still host Christmas at our home. This is an outstanding family run business that goes out of their way to help you!
I have been a Heydlauff's customer for ten years. Until recently I used them for repair and kept buying my appliances at big box stores. Those appliances would be covered by a crappy warranty that would take a month to get someone out to "fix" it and then it wouldn't even be fixed. I would be relieved when the warranty expired and I could call Heydlauff's again.
If you’re interested in service and a personal touch then this is the business for you. The big box stores were cheaper but as we all know you get what you pay for. We ordered a freezer from one of the big box stores and had to take three deliveries until we could get one that was not damaged.
Extremely helpful didn't have to leave Dodge to get install parts though I didn't buy the dishwasher there

The day after the death of a parent, the day before out of town family arrives, the dishwasher stopped working. The dishwasher I bought at a nearby competitor for some reason instead of buying at Heydlauff’s like I usually do. Service dept call at store where I purchased went unreturned for over two hours. Called Heydlauff’s and Otto, their phenomenal service expert, was there an hour later. I won’t go elsewhere again.
Purchased a very nice range hood here. They have nicer brands than what you will find in a big-box store. Wide variety of price points.
Within the last year both my washer and dryer broke beyond repair. I called Heydlauff's and the salesman was able to figure out what I needed over the phone. I didn't even have to go in to the store, he took my credit card number and each time my new appliance was installed and working THE NEXT DAY. This is unheard of from the big box competitors.
Heydlauff's repairman is punctual, personable and knowledgeable. What's more is that he usually can get to me within 24 hours. That's service!
