BEWARE, i wouldnt go to this dentist!!
Dr. Scherr did my lower crown back in April. It was quick and virtually painless! Definitely a good thing, since my pain tolerance is minimal! Would recommend! I also had a cleaning from their Hygienist Janet who was also wonderful! I think the whole staff is really helpful and willing to help any way they can.
Additionally they charged me 333.00 to simply "touch up" my tooth. When i asked her about the charges Dr. Scherr literally said to me "i dont talk money." Which felt very unproffesional.
Dr. Scherr was very rude and inconsiderate.
Seeing as how i paid money for service and they refused to do the service, i would never let Dr. Scherr do any work on you.
Ive been coming to Total smiles for over a year and have never dealt with this disrespect.
Very great experience. The dental hygienist was very informative, as well as personable, telling me about her fantasy football team. Which it sounds like hers doing better than mine!
Again, used to be in good hands , and now ive felt taken advantage of.
I had a great experience. I had a complete phobia of going to the dentist, and hadn't been in a long time. I had a lot of work that needed to be done.They never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. They even did some of the work right after my cleaning. I would recommend this office to everyone!!!! Thank you total smiles for making me feel comfortable, and helping with my anxiety.
She literally tried to use scare tactics to get me to accept a procedure and when i asked to think about it she DENIED me service!?
The office is in the hands of new management. The new team is excellent. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist and the assistants are very helpful and take time to answer my questions. They are PPO provider with my dental insurance company and that saves me a lot of money. Give them a try. You will be as satisfied as I am.
