Dr. Prast was a dentist at the VA years ago I went in for a root canal, I was sating there 2 hours in the chair with her drilling on me. She sent me hom stating she couldnt finish the procedure and I have to come back. I came back sat in the chair another 2 hours she stated she could do it and Ihave to go else where. She put a temp filling in and sent me on my way. 5 years later i went to Chelsea family dentistry and who walks in? Dr. Prast. She again dug right in drilling a huge hole. Then tells me she cant do it I need to see an oral surgeon. 3x one tooth. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH HER AGAIN. Here I sit going to another Dentist for the 4th time at a dentist office becuase of this same tooth. Good luck if she is your dentist.
They did a filling on my 7 yr old without consent. Pretty arrogant
I am a mom of three little boys and they love going to the dentist, We have seen Dr. Napieralski, Dr. Wisniewski, Dr. Kang and Dr. Prast and all four of them are kind, professional and go above and beyond to make your dental appointment comfortable and pain free. It says something about a dentists office when three little boys love and look forward to going to get there checkups! I am one of those people that is happy to go to any hygienist or dentist, I make that known to help with scheduling and care and with that being said I have experience with most hygienist and all of the dentists and they are wonderful!!! The office is always bright and clean! I also highly recommend the Whitening for Life program as well!!! It is well worth the money spent!!! We are a one income family and finances are tight but I smile bigger, more often and brighter since using the Whitening for Life system. I also have sensitive teeth, along with re-flux which effects the enamel and coloring of my teeth and this system does not make my teeth sensitive at all!!! I recommend Chelsea Family Dentistry to all of my friends, family and anyone I meet!!! I get complimented on the whiteness, how beautiful my teeth are and my smile on a weekly basis!!!
