I only go to Polly's in Chelsea for emergency occasions because they don't seem to hire enough cashiers. The lines are long. I would like to frequent their store more often. I don't want to use the automatic check out lanes.they have long lines too.
Everyone is always nice and they do have some deals sometimes but it takes forever to check out. Even at the self checkout it takes way too long. There is always that one person with 50 items in the express lane. I regret going there almost every time.
Great grocery store. Good meats and produce. Bakerys fresh. Reasonable checkout. Clerks are usually happy, especially if you are. Good parking.
I just left Polly's and once again had a great experience..... Thanks to Kelly! Yes Kelly always makes me smile. I actually look for Kelly when I'm looking to check out. If you need a smile for the day and your going to Polly's, look for Kelly! She's such a ray of sunshine. She's the 4"something cashier, kind of hard to find, but so worth it!. She'll make your day! Polly's, your a better experience because of Kelly!!!
I've always gone to Polly's and have never had a bad experience. Everything is e where it should be. Everybody is always pleasant and friendly.
