I like everything about this place except for the missing "h"... I cannot unsee it and every time I drive past my left eyelid twitches. Other than that, really, pretty solid.
Never again will I shop at this location. I have shopped there now for over a yr and every time I go in and Tasha is working, she is incredibly rude and acts like she doesn't want to deal with people. I have asked questions about the dog we have and every time she has an attitude she says I have never had that problem with my boxers or she has said that doesn't make sense. I went in today to do a return and she had an attitude again. I also asked about pet sitters. I don't know she said. You would think she would know one since she has been there for a long time. Tasha told me to go look on the board. She has horrible customer service. The young man that helped with the return was very nice.
Super great place, they were unbelievably kind to us when we were losing one of our dogs.
