When a parking structure pole jumped in front of my Avalanche, Roberts Paint & Body repaired it and it looks like new. The service was excellent and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use their services again, if needed.
They were honest about how long it would take to get my car in for repair. It worked fine for my schedule. It was ready when they had promised. The best part IT WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF --INSIDE AND OUT!!! Thank you. I will recommend
After my car got hit they made sure that I would get quality service every step of the way. Not only were they quick and provided quality repairs, they also got me a rental for the days my car was in the shop. They also took out a few dents and made minor repairs free of charge and made my car look wonderful again. If anything ever happens again, I will for sure be going back to Roberts Paint & Body.
Went to Roberts paint and body after I hit a deer. What they fixed looked good but they didn't fix all of the damage. Went back and they claimed they fixed all the damage and what was left wasn't from the deer. Went back next day with pictures taken within minutes of the accident which proved it and the owner exclaimed, "Fine you win! We'll fix it!" Not caring too much for the attitude I contacted my insurance company who set me up with a different body shop to complete the repairs. The car is back to normal now. What they fixed looked good but make sure they complete the entire job.
