Great service and friendly and fun people. Mediocre sandwiches... Mostly bread\bagel. But good coffee, according to the coffee drinker I was with.
I am newly working in the Chelsea area. And I truly enjoy this location. They are friendly fast and the place is always clean.
When I visited this Biggby location a couple months ago I was very surprised at the lack of customer service from the employees and I was disgusted at the fact that all of the employees were sick. I don't think anyone who works with food/drinks should be making anything for the public. This stems from the poor management. It’s safe to say that I won’t be returning to this location again.
Clean and orderly facility with kind staff and mostly prompt service.
The fact that Biggby's is Michigan-based is a HUGE bonus!
